1. Simpload.com delivers content across multiple servers and channels, including to web surfers who visit any of websites that are a part of Simpload.com's network. With respect to individuals who visit those sites, we record and may archive IP addresses, date, time, browser, and some system settings. We use cookies to gather a large part of this information, you the user may opt-out of this at any time by disabling cookies on your browser.

Personally Identifiable Consumer Data

1. In some cases Simpload.com asks people to register and provide personally identifiable data. Simpload.com is committed to making sure that clear notice and choice is provided to all consumers before the personally identifiable data is collected, and that they have opted-in to our use of their data. Examples of personally identifiable data that may be requested include name, address, and email address. Web surfers who have provided personally identifiable data may elect to have their data deleted from our files.

How Collected Information is Used

1. The non-personally identifiable data that Simpload.com collects is used for security reasons, primarily to enforce our Terms of Agreement, and secondly to be able to co-operate with government and law enforcement officials, additionally browser and system settings are used by Simpload.com to customize it's web interface.

   Personally identifiable information is used for billing purposes, and fraud prevention.

1. Simpload.com makes significant efforts to maintain the security of its network and the data we collect.
